Senior ABAP Developer
CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years is seeking a Senior ABAP Developer with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. This role is ideal for a highly experienced SAP technical professional with strong ABAP development skills, S/4HANA experience, and a proven ability to design scalable SAP solutions and integrations. Type: Contract Job Title: Senior ABAP Developer Location: Remote position. Prefer candidates local to NC. Must be willing to support EST hours. Pay Rate: $35.98 - $122.89/hour Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Bachelor’s Degree required Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, and support SAP RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms• Partner with business users and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical SAP solutions• Support SAP Production Planning, Supply Chain, and OTC business processes• Develop integrations using APIs, IDocs, and third-party integration technologies• Coordinate transports and deployment activities with SAP Basis teams• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, cutovers, and post-go-live activities• Develop scalable object-oriented ABAP solutions aligned with SAP best practices• Participate in Agile development and enterprise SAP initiatives Required Skills & Experience:• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience• Strong functional background in Production Planning and Supply Chain• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects• Expertise with Adobe Forms, SmartForms, and SAP Scripts• Strong object-oriented ABAP programming skills• Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and enterprise SAP architecture• Experience working in Agile environments Preferred Experience:• Manufacturing industry experience preferred• Discrete manufacturing experience is a plus• Experience in at least two of the following areas:• SAP APO• SAP Workflow (WF)• SAP BTP• SAP GTS/FTZ• SAP Commerce Cloud integrations• Third-party planning solution integrations Additional Information
