Expression of Interest (EMEA) – Senior Consultant (SAP Business One)

What You Could Be Working On As a Senior Consultant, responsibilities may include: Leading analysis, evaluation, and clarification of customer business requirements. Providing expert guidance on SAP Business One solutions and recommending optimized functional and technical designs. Acting as a subject matter expert across SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons. Collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementation projects. Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities. Recommending process improvements and solution enhancements. Managing project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution activities. Supporting project governance and stakeholder communication. Mentoring Consultants and junior team members. Participating in solution architecture discussions, system optimization initiatives, and complex troubleshooting activities. What We’re Looking For Experience & Expertise Minimum 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting and support experience Strong expertise across SAP Business One core modules and core add-ons Participation in at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects Hands-on experience with:Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA Crystal Reports Functional and technical solution design Business process analysis and optimization Skills & Attributes Fluent or native-level English proficiency Additional languages are highly valued Strong customer-focused mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Leadership and mentoring capabilities Ability to thrive in multicultural and globally distributed teams Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Why Submit Your Interest?
