This role helps ensure employees worldwide have access to effective and well-managed benefits programs that support their well-being, financial security, and overall experience at McGraw Hill. By partnering across HR, vendors, payroll, legal, finance, and regional stakeholders, this position contributes to operational excellence and consistency within our global benefits strategy. How Can You Make an Impact? As the International Benefits Lead, you will help drive the successful administration and coordination of non-U.S. benefits programs through strong operational execution, vendor collaboration, and employee support. You will serve as a key partner within the Global Benefits & Mobility team, helping ensure benefit programs are delivered effectively, aligned with local market practices, and supported by strong governance and compliance processes. You will make an impact by improving operational efficiency, enhancing the employee experience, supporting global consistency, and helping regional teams navigate the complexities of international benefits administration. What You Will Be Doing Global Benefits Operations Support the day-to-day administration of non-U.S. benefit programs across multiple countries and vendors Coordinate operational activities related to medical, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefit programs Manage employee benefit inquiries and escalations in partnership with regional HR and vendors Support onboarding, enrolment, life events, terminations, and annual renewal processes Assist with implementation and transition activities for new or updated benefit programs Vendor & Broker Coordination Serve as a primary operational contact for international brokers, carriers, TPAs, and external vendors Coordinate vendor meetings, issue resolution, documentation, and follow-up activities Track renewals, policy documentation, invoices, and operational deliverables Support vendor performance monitoring and escalation of service-related issues

Analysis & Program Support Support benchmarking and market analysis activities Assist with evaluation of regional benefits requests and market considerations Review local market practices and competitiveness across regions Support development of recommendations for leadership review Help ensure alignment with McGraw Hill’s centralized global benefits governance model Compliance & Governance Support Coordinate collection and maintenance of benefit-related documentation and compliance records Support local compliance activities in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors Assist with tracking country-specific requirements, renewals, filings, and employee communications Help maintain operational consistency and documentation standards across countries Communications & Employee Experience Draft and coordinate employee benefit communications, guides, and operational announcements Support regional HR teams with benefit education and employee-facing materials Assist with development of standardized communication templates and operational processes Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate, and effective benefit communications globally Reporting & Operational Analysis Maintain benefit trackers, operational reports, and vendor data Support invoice reconciliation, audit requests, and reporting activities Assist with identifying operational process improvements and efficiencies Track global operational timelines and deliverables across benefit programs We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in global benefits, international HR operations, or benefits administration Experience supporting non-U.S. employee benefit programs across multiple countries and regions Knowledge of international benefits operations, vendor management, and compliance coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working with global vendors, brokers, carriers, and cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and HR systems Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones Experience supporting employee communications and operational process improvements preferred Familiarity with global mobility or multinational benefits governance models is a plus Why Work for Us At McGraw Hill, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that is shaping the future of learning for millions of people around the world.
