About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions primarily over the phone while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires someone who can communicate confidently, remain composed under pressure, and balance friendly customer interactions with efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities ● Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day ● Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer callbacks as needed ● Enter customer information and updates accurately into internal systems ● Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes ● Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally ● Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate ● Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency ● Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs Required Qualifications ● Previous customer service experience ● Strong verbal and written English communication skills ● Clear, professional speaking ability with excellent phone etiquette ● Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult conversations ● Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly ● Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ● Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications ● Experience working within an ERP system or similar customer management software ● Experience in industries related to: ○ Lighting ○ Home products ○ Luxury products ○ Similar product-based environments ● Experience in call-center or high-volume phone support environments Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is: ● Able to build rapport naturally with customers ● Focused and task-oriented ● Professional and empathetic ● Adaptable and solution-focused ● Comfortable balancing customer engagement with productivity \n \n$1,200 - $1,600 a month Position Type: Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts) \n Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus $500 entry monthly raffle NO TRACKER.
