Talent Acquisition Specialist (LATAM)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is central to building the foundation of our workforce by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various roles—most of which are remote. Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including crafting compelling job ads, sourcing and headhunting qualified candidates, managing applicant pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process. You will help shape our recruiting strategy to ensure we consistently attract the best talent to support our firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and post job ads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, niche job boards, etc.). Source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines. Operate and optimize our ATS (create requisitions, workflows, scorecards; keep stages clean; run reports; maintain data hygiene). Partner with department directors to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies. Maintain an organized applicant tracking process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health) to improve efficiency and quality of hire. Promote Ovation Law Firm’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting (law firm or professional services experience a plus). Hands-on ATS experience is required — e.g., BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar (setup, workflows, templates, reporting). Strong knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Must be available to work USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
