Why This Role Matters: The Client Care Coordinator’s primary role is to provide clients general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support via telephony and electronic communication. You Will: Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Resolve client problems by determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the solution to the issue, and following up to ensure resolution. Recommend potential products or services by recognizing and analyzing client needs. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results (personal metrics). Manage high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat. Keep accurate records of client interactions in necessary systems (i.e. PAWS). Other job duties as necessary. Your Experience Should Include: Associate’s degree is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.) is required. Excellent communication skills are required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is required. Strong client contact handling skills and active listening skills are required. This Remote Position Requires: A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 85mbs. A quiet, dedicated work space. May require working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary Range: The starting pay rate for this role is $18.00/hour with opportunities for merit increases (salary range: $17.64 - $26.45/hour). Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
