Data Analyst

Job Description: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded professional to join our team as a Data Analytics & AI Solutions Manager. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, building scalable data models, and leveraging AI tools to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data capabilities and business needs, ensuring data is effectively utilized across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement Design, build, and maintain data models that support reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Evaluate and leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, automation, and insight generation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how data flows across different organizations and systems Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy and reliability Support the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization Required Qualifications & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role Strong experience building and maintaining data models and working with large datasets Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and understanding of how they can be applied in business environments Experience working across multiple teams or organizations, with an understanding of data flow and integration Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in ambiguous situations Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python, R, or other data programming languages Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI-driven analytics Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment Key Competencies: Data-driven decision making Cross-functional collaboration Strategic thinking Analytical problem solving Communication and stakeholder management This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights, leveraging emerging AI capabilities, and partnering with the business to drive measurable impact.
