As a South African professional, you will play a key role in coordinating sales, new product development, marketing, and the B2C side of the business. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth Manage new product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management Prepare and present weekly reports to senior management, highlighting key sales performance metrics and areas for improvement Run the brand, including managing brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and developing brand strategies to drive sales growth Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years' experience in sales or marketing Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail and a proactive approach Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
