As CEO, you’ll work closely with experienced operators across product, tech, design, GTM, legal, and fundraising while having the autonomy to shape and lead the business. Responsibilities
As CEO & co-founder, you will take ownership of building and scaling a newly launched venture. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the company’s product strategy, go-to-market execution, hiring, and growth initiatives Working closely with the client’s operational team across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and technology Driving the business from early-stage validation to funding, profitability, and long-term scale What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Operate as the CEO of a newly established company Work directly with customers to validate market needs and continuously improve the product Collaborate with internal teams and other portfolio companies to accelerate execution and growth Build and recruit the initial core team Define priorities, set ambitious goals, and create momentum quickly Experience & Qualifications The ideal candidate has previously built or scaled something meaningful — whether that’s a product, business, commercial pipeline, or high-performing team. You are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, making decisions with limited information, and taking full ownership of your work and results.
