Legal Assistant, part-time
FamFluence Talent Management, a leading influencer talent management agency exclusively representing 100+ of the top-performing family influencers in North America, is seeking a remote part-time Legal Assistant. What We Do: FamFluence exclusively manages over 100 influencers across TikTok, Meta and YouTube. We handle all media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent. Are you passionate about contracts and looking to make a difference in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing? Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts related to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and incredibly collaborative. Responsibilities: Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships. Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company. Draft and modify contract templates. Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation. Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred. 2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred. Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus. Location: Remote Salary: $30/hr Apply To This Job
