Join us today, and experience a career well lived. Accounts Receivable Manager This role is remote but candidate must reside in Iowa. Do you have strong leadership skills, experience in accounts receivable, and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Business Finance AR Manager role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by overseeing quality assurance of the billing/AR processes and serving as a liaison with other departments and various state/local agencies. Supervise daily and monthly revenue and cash activities to ensure that all payments are posted and that revenues are correctly recorded in a timely manner Plan, organize, develop, and implement financial standards, policies, procedures, and rules Audit methods and procedures of the accounts receivable function to improve efficiency and maintain accurate records Complete monthly review of balance sheet accounts, in particular, the bad debt reserve, reviewing sales allowance and accurately forecasting that for the remainder of the year, as applicable Audit monthly procedures to be followed by each site, ensuring that all applicable information is received by company due dates Analyze, interpret, and communicate AR issues requiring management’s attention Maintain an effective control environment for the assigned accounting operations Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and some supervisory experience Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong management skills Demonstrated flexibility, efficient time management, and ability to prioritize workload A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach Why Join Us?
