Senior Recruitment Consultant (1099)
Project Overview We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to optimize and execute our talent acquisition closing strategy. This independent consultant will focus mainly on the final, critical stages of the recruitment funnel—driving interviews to offer acceptance for critical in-person and virtual physical therapy roles. Scope of Services & Deliverables As an independent consultant, you will own the closing strategy and execution for key positions, including Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and clinical leadership roles across both our virtual and in-person teams. Your primary deliverables will include: Closing Strategy Execution: Lead the stages of the interview process, taking ownership of candidate engagement from hiring manager interviews through to the signed offer letter. Stakeholder Consultation: Advise the clinic and virtual leadership teams on trends, benchmarks, and strategic levers to increase offer acceptance rates. Process Optimization: Refine the company’s existing closing framework to ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience that protects our employer brand. Contract Logistics Time Commitment: Milestone based but anticipated at 10–15 hours per week (highly flexible and managed entirely by you). Timeline: Milestone based but anticipated at 3 months.
