Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule and earning a competitive hourly rate. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
