Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical complaints, and develop procedures to resolve technical blockers
- Providing AI expertise to support technical relationships with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions influencing client adoption of Google Cloud
- Working with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner scenarios
- Suggesting mix methodologies, pilot models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, designing, or a comparable field
- 7+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry in an IT design role
- Experience with Big Data (e.g., Hadoop/Flame), AI (e.g., Tensor Flow), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory guidelines around healthcare data
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry in a client-facing cloud computing role
- Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations
- Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks, etc.)
- Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, distributed systems
