Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing them with personalized service and support. You'll be responsible for answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and phone systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including customers with disabilities and limited English proficiency
