Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data to drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and analytical mind will be essential in helping us make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Input new information into database systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Create and manage spreadsheets, using tools like MS Office Excel to analyze and present data
  • Control the data probity by performing comparative analysis of different sources, identifying trends and patterns
  • Regularly update existing database system records, ensuring data is current and accurate
  • Produce reports, using data to tell a story and drive business outcomes
  • Retrieve data as requested, using your analytical skills to identify and extract relevant information
  • Perform regular backup and security database activities, ensuring data is safe and secure
  • Document, organize, and store relevant documents, using your attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements

* Previous working experience as a data entry clerk for at least 1 year

  • Fast typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • 1 year of experience with spreadsheets, using tools like MS Office Excel to analyze and present data
  • Great attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Critical thinker, able to analyze data and identify trends and patterns
  • Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
