Key Responsibilities
As a Full Time Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handling high-volume client demands with a positive and professional attitude
- Processing new patient enrollments and medication requests in accordance with HIPAA rules
- Researching and resolving missing information and clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Entering data into our pharmacy systems and managing patient and prescription information
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with medication subject matter experts to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company procedures and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year certification in a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Moderate level of keyboarding skills (25 WPM or higher)
- Ability to give written and verbal instructions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer support, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Advanced level of keyboarding skills (35 WPM or higher)
- Knowledge of Spanish and English
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software
