Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide feedback on customer-facing products and services.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, and contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science.

  • 8+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on technical support and problem-solving.
  • 4+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team or working in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with software development tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

* AWS Certification, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.

  • Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team or working in a leadership role.
