Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Undertaking tasks delegated by Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor and Overseas BJ team
- Identifying areas for service and procedural improvement and making recommendations
- Participating in team meetings, buzz sessions, providing feedback and ideas
- Escalating queries or unresolved issues as advised
- Handling inquiries/issues from global customers
- Handling complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services
- Providing strong people skills and ability to navigate difficult situations
- Demonstrating a solutions mindset and passion for finding the right solutions for customers
- Exhibiting excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Possessing excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch
- Displaying strong customer service skills and highly motivated team-player
- Having knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading
- Demonstrating ability to motivate others and achieve results
- Possessing fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
- Having basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA
- Having call center customer service-related work experience (preferred)
- Being willing to work on shift rotation
- Holding a diploma from college or above, related to any major
