Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote evening shift team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' shareholders, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound and take inbound calls regarding shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Speak with customers to update them on accurate information, addressing any concerns or misconceptions they may have
- Direct customers to the correct channels for voting, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions
- Communicate effectively with customers, using a professional and empathetic tone to resolve issues and build trust
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
Qualifications
* 6 months+ years of customer service and data entry experience
- Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload (or higher)
- Availability to work a night shift schedule, Monday - Thursday (6:00 - 11:00) Eastern and Saturday (12:00 - 6:00 Eastern)
