Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of incoming calls, producing sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with our customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and evaluate customer needs, providing accurate and comprehensive information to deliver satisfaction. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will enable you to engage customers, manage complaints, and provide solutions within tight time limits.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Produce sales leads by identifying and evaluating customer needs, providing recommendations, and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers have a positive experience
  • Reach personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits, and follow up to secure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are consistent and effective

Requirements

* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional results

  • A strong track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices, ensuring that customer interactions are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage customers and deliver results
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
  • High school degree, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and sales
