Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and providers, answering inbound calls, inputting data, and extending courtesy and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met with courtesy and professionalism
- Input data and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless communication and support
- Handle 75+ calls per day, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support
Essential Qualifications
* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a preference for healthcare call center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace to ensure seamless remote work
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
