Job Summary
As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality products. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding in-depth business reviews, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Execution (10%):
Collaborate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy. Provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.

- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience.
