Job Summary
As a Premier Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to email and chat inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with customers to provide valuable insights, education, and direction, ensuring they receive the support they need to navigate our online tools and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to email and chat inquiries from customers, providing high-quality, customer-focused answers and education on health and wealth policies and programs
- Troubleshoot Web and Online issues, consulting with customers to support easy navigation of our online tools and services
- Resolve issues without management intervention, removing barriers for our clients and ensuring their needs are met
- Protect sensitive customer information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex protocols
- Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with arenaflex service levels and protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred but not required
- Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems and software
- Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information, with a focus on medical and reimbursement terminology
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
