Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Work From Home Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support experiences to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* 3+ months of prior sales, upselling, and customer support experience
- Spanish speaking fluency (read, write, and translate)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (50-100 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
- Ability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional weekend shifts (every sixth Saturday from 8:00am-4:00pm)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
- Familiarity with software applications and technical support
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional languages a plus)
