The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering new and updating existing sales/customer account information within the company's ERP dataset.
- Verifying the accuracy of source documents, processing them efficiently, and following up on any discrepancies.
- Organizing files and ensuring proper audit trails within the ERP system.
- Upholding data entry standards and procedures.
- Monitoring data trends, identifying outliers, and conducting ad hoc reporting for business analysis.
- Supporting customer service inquiries as needed and promptly reporting any data issues to management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter new and update existing sales/customer account information within the ERP system.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of source documents, process them efficiently, and follow up on any discrepancies.
- File Organization: Organize files and ensure proper audit trails within the ERP system.
- Data Standards: Uphold data entry standards and procedures.
- Data Analysis: Monitor data trends, identify outliers, and conduct ad hoc reporting for business analysis.
- Customer Support: Support customer service inquiries as needed and promptly report any data issues to management.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data accuracy and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- At least 1 year of relevant data entry or administrative experience.
- Strong time management abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
- Previous experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required).
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
