Position Overview

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company database. You'll be responsible for entering data provided by customers, verifying data from various sources, creating spreadsheets, and ensuring data preservation through regular backups. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality control measures are met at all times.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering data provided by customers into our database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verifying data from various sources before entering it into the database to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Creating spreadsheets and entering figures correctly to ensure data integrity
• Maintaining and updating the databases on a timely basis to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate
• Ensuring data preservation through regular backups to prevent data loss
• Retrieving data from the database as and when required to support business needs
• Filing physical copies of data in a secure and organized manner
• Verifying invoice details and handling invoice payments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Cross-checking and rectifying data entry errors to maintain data accuracy
• Adhering to quality control measures at all times to ensure data integrity
• Ensuring there is no duplication of data to maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Gathering all required documents and personal details from clients to support data entry
• Reviewing and cataloguing data with appropriate tags to ensure accurate and efficient data management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven work experience in an administrative department as a Data Entry Clerk or Data Entry Operator
• Excellent typing skills with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed
• Demonstrating an attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and data entry software such as Process Runner, Pronto Forms, and Flowfinity
• Good written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
• Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to offer enhanced customer service to support business growth and success
