Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, Help Desk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' IT needs, ensuring seamless account creation, and resolving technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Account creation: Process new accounts, update existing ones, and ensure accurate data entry
- IT Help Desk: Respond to technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently
- Claims online portal registration: Assist clients with online portal registration, processing claims, and resolving related issues
- ServiceNow and CyberArk experience: Utilize these platforms to create, manage, and resolve tickets, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Backlog processing: Help process new tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing backlog
- Communication: Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT Help Desk roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
