Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and maintaining site database within assigned timelines
- Providing clerical support for Investigator Services, including faxing documents and filing
- Handling order supplies and resend report requests received by fax or email
- Utilizing strong interpersonal and time management skills for effective task completion
- Maintaining professional phone etiquette in the English language
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required
- Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate computer literacy
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in typing, filing, and basic computer operations
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Experience in a similar role within a staffing or technology solutions company
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
