As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of the People Analytics Team within the People Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing analytical expertise to the American Human Resources (HR) Department and driving initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies
- Leading and performing data analysis, developing and implementing strategies, and extending forecast models to inform business decisions
- Integrating and managing large data systems to support business intelligence and decision-making
- Completing special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team
What You'll Do
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conceiving and developing analytical models to drive business insights and recommendations
- Defining and tracking key performance metrics, extending scorecards, and driving improvement initiatives
- Developing forecasting models to inform business decisions and strategy
- Integrating and managing large data systems to support business intelligence and decision-making
- Completing special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team
All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role
- Experience using innovative thinking ability with a high degree of motivation and problem-solving skills
- Advanced degree or Master's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of advanced analytical skills
- Ability to guide a team through a process of growing and fostering collaboration
- Ability to communicate findings formally and informally
