Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary focus will be on answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription medication, mail-order prescriptions, and other healthcare-related topics. You will also have the opportunity to work with our team to develop and implement solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from plan members in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and concise information about prescription medication, mail-order prescriptions, and other healthcare-related topics
- Resolve issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement solutions that improve the overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
