Key Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and moderating content to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborating with colleagues to understand their concerns and objectives
• Developing predictive models and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Communicating complex data to internal and external stakeholders
• Utilizing advanced software skills to investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
• Working with data scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Participating in presentations and meetings to share findings and recommendations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline

• 3+ years of experience applying modern AI methods to build predictive models for both classification and regression issues
• 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL
• 2+ years of experience extracting insights from analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders
• 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create display datasets, evaluate data quality, and perform feature engineering
• 2+ years of experience applying knowledge of advanced analysis tools and languages to analyze large datasets from various data sources
• 2+ years of experience in trial planning and managed/solo AI approaches

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience planning online experiments (A/B testing)

• Demonstrated ability to convey technical ideas and suggestions to colleagues
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with colleagues, project colleagues, and senior management
• Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and detours before they happen
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of statistical analysis techniques, AI, statistical analysis, trial planning, and predictive modeling, and in-depth specialization in certain areas

Compensation and Benefits
