Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative – Partner Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our active process servers who are employed or contracted with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inquiries and resolving issues from process servers
- Overseeing the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
- Working in Skye (our in-house application) to ensure orders are being dispatched and fulfilled
- Monitoring process server status to ensure they're in good standing and able to accept and complete work
- Obtaining status of orders via phone calls, fax, court docket that have been dispatched with Sheriff
- Collaborating with team members to identify broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks
- Resolving issues on task board in Skye
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to process servers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage and distribute cases to process servers, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing delays
- Utilize Skye to track and monitor orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Monitor process server status, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Resolve issues on task board in Skye, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal downtime
Qualifications
* Customer service or IT experience is highly preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Familiarity with legal process is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required
