The Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to expert for our products and services, providing top-notch support and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing high-quality support to our customers
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Working closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment
  • Continually learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
  • Learning from others and developing yourself as a customer support representative for arenaflex

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
  • Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software is preferred

  • Quarterly performance-based bonus potential
  • Workplace flexibility: Choose if you want to work between our Lehi Office or from home after graduating from training

  • Shifts available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm
