What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and direct multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Develop strategic project delivery plans, including detailed schedules and risk management strategies
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external planning and project status meetings
• Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and milestones to ensure uninterrupted project progress
• Report project performance metrics and status to internal and external stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is desirable
• 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role within a professional services organization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Management of information security projects preferred
• Previous experience in a security services environment
• Significant experience as a Consultant providing security expertise to clients
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Experience interfacing with both clients and partners
