Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues in a fair and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and judgment
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, using our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Passion for trading cards, gaming cards, and collectibles (a plus!)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in customer support or a related field
- Knowledge of the trading card industry and collecting experience (strongly preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:
As a remote Customer Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
