About the Role:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing education and support to our Partners via calls and emails, building relationships with them, coaching and advising them about our tools, and helping them find success. You will also work alongside a dedicated, successful team to ensure that our Partners are knowledgeable about our products and solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of the education industry
- Familiarity with online learning platforms
- Experience working with Partners or customers in a similar capacity

Compensation and Perks:
* The target base pay range for this position is $41,000 to $55,000.
- This range represents arenaflex's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting.
- The ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
