What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, driving business results, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Managing multiple, complex tasks and projects, prioritizing and delegating tasks to team members as needed
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing employee action plans to address performance gaps and drive growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Providing feedback and coaching to team members, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance

  • Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving business results and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Comfortable with computer systems, including CRM, sales, and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
