Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, and we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote arenaflex products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Process customer orders, including phone, fax, mail, email, and verbal orders
- Perform data entry for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders, and providing customers with current prices
- Research and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with field sales associates, warehouse associates, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Make suggestions and recommendations to supervisors to improve customer service operations
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
What We're Looking For
* A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, field sales associates, and other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with ABC products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Work Environment
* This is a remote opportunity, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote workspace
