Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients and healthcare professionals to provide empathetic and efficient support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming calls from patients with empathy and efficiency
• Precisely recording new patient details in our system, including personal and medical information
• Coordinating with physicians to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders
• Maintaining continuous communication with patients and referring entities about order statuses
• Handling daily management of purchase order discrepancies and reports

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in a call center environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls
• Experience in computer navigation and data entry
