Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting prospective customers with their inquiries
  • Managing communication, including email leads, text messages, and phone calls
  • Answering phones and assisting customers as needed
  • Scheduling appointments and tour reservations as needed
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Completing daily reports as needed
  • Initiating service calls for customers
  • Initiating, modifying, and finalizing leases and addendums for customers
  • Assisting with scheduling of vendors and purchase order management

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Technology skills on laptop or desktop, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on multiple tabs and systems at the same time
  • Ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods wearing a headset
  • Diligence and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, changing environment
  • Ability to remain professional and even-tempered during uncomfortable situations
  • Adherence to a set schedule with the flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs
  • Proven longevity in past employment and committed to excellent attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Office experience
  • Proficient computer skills

Benefits:
