Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our growing needs with scheduling shifts, customer service, and human resources functions. You'll be working full-time from home during the US day shift (9pm - 6am IST, M-F), interacting with our US-based team members, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, ensuring seamless delivery of services

  • Screen and hire caregivers, promoting the employer's brand and retaining top talent
  • Communicate regularly with field staff, develop strong interpersonal relationships, and ensure excellent customer service
  • Staff client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client, ensuring optimal service delivery
  • Take initiative to build strong rapport and relationships with US-based team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Manage the service delivery platform to meet company standards, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Prepare daily and weekly staffing reports, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
  • Support payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our healthcare workers
  • Provide HR support to healthcare workers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with a strong background in an English medium environment
  • Expert-level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and a multi-tasker, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter with superior time management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in handling phone calls and resolving customer complaints
  • Dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a headset or other necessary equipment for video conferencing
