Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Hybrid, you will be responsible for:
- Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
- Engaging Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
- Troubleshooting and resolving various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements.
- Getting customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications.
- Participating in outbound calls and customer call-backs, Tier 2 ticket support, escalation investigations, and email follow-up.

Requirements
* Call center or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
- Advanced typing and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and excellence.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated work area, with equipment provided by arenaflex.
Work from Home (WFH) Requirements
* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).
- Alignment with WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.).
- Participation in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
