We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Michigan. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from REALTORS, technicians, and homeowners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries

  • Make determinations on appliances, filing claims within our terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Training Hours:

Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks)

Shift:

Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)

Wage:

$14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses)

Job Level:

Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a background and drug screen (required)

Strong Telephone Skills:

Demonstrate excellent telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills

Self-Motivated:

Show a strong work ethic, integrity, and values, with a self-motivated approach to your work

Experience with Microsoft Office:

Possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
