Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary liaison with our guests, providing helpful information, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a timely and personalized manner. You'll work closely with our restauranteurs to assist with restaurant operations, connect with guests, and turn their problems into opportunities for growth and loyalty. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

* Answer customer emails and phone calls while following arenaflex brand standards

  • Assist in proactively identifying opportunities for restaurant operational improvement
  • Record and report trends, patterns of problems, and guest feedback for suggestions
  • Speak comfortably and confidently with customers about matters relating to guest support
  • Take calls from restaurant managers to update online menus and monitor online ordering platforms
  • Collaborate with internal departments and employees to drive success and growth
  • Continuously work to improve the efficiency and outcome of the guest experience

Essential Functions

* Acts as primary liaison with guests in providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints in regards to their experience

  • Helps guests using the proper protocol which includes accessing their arenaflex loyalty account, issuing order refunds, or connecting them with a member of our operations leadership team
  • Enters verbal and written guest information accurately into Freshdesk
  • Assist with digital restaurant operations such as online menu updates and delivery and online ordering systems management

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well with internal departments and employees located outside of the Iowa Support Center
  • Good working knowledge of G Suite and ability to learn new platforms specific to the job description
  • Desire to grow and learn within the company
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Customer Service Representative experience (preferred)
