Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, live chat, and written correspondence. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure that they have a positive experience with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
