Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers through established service and sales standards.
- Developing, maintaining, and demonstrating a basic knowledge of current company products and services; maintaining confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
