- Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from sales to financing and delivery, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

- Mentor and support junior team members as you develop your skills and expertise, contributing to the growth and success of our team

What is Required (Qualifications):
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the arenaflex Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

* 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
