What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from sales to financing and delivery, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing, providing customers with a cohesive and convenient experience
  • Mentor and support junior team members as you develop your skills and expertise, contributing to the growth and success of our team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and expert advice to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent listening skills and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the arenaflex Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

* 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
