Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coach to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Coach, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide clear and constructive feedback, and empower them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert guidance and support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to help customers improve their customer service and sales skills
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Intermediate computer and office software proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer service and sales principles and practices
  • Experience with training and development programs
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (dependent on customer base)
