We collect high-quality survey data that helps our clients make important business decisions. This role is not a sales position. Position Overview As a Remote Data Collection Interviewer, you will conduct outbound survey calls to consumer and/or qualified business respondents using CATI software (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can work independently, follow instructions accurately, and remain professional on the phone. Training is provided through self-paced e-learning courses. Pay

• $10.50 per hour or applicable state minimum wage (whichever is higher)

Must-Have Skills

• Fluent in English with a clear, speaking voice, and good tone
• Ability to read scripts verbatim and follow instructions
• Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
• Comfortable making outbound calls and completing surveys consistently
• Professional, polite, and able to handle call rejection
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

Nice-to-Have

Skills

• Call center or customer service experience
• Spanish speaking and reading ability
• Prior remote work experience
• Familiarity with CATI or similar systems

Equipment & Technology Requirements (GDCC does not provide equipment)

• Quiet, private workspace free from background noise and distractions
• Personal computer or laptop (Windows 11 or newer)
• Google Chrome web browser
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
• Noise-canceling headset with microphone (USB or 3.5mm jack)
